Baritone

Baritone guitars have opened up new tonal possibilities that are not available on a standard scale instrument. The longer scale lengths used on baritone guitars allow them to be tuned down and still maintain the string tension needed to sound good an play properly. My version is built on the Grand Auditorium body shape and has a 27.5" scale. It can be set up for a variety of different tunings and string tensions. For a 27.5" scale many people choose to tune it C-C or C#-C# with Heavy strings. Please visit the Photo Gallery for more pictures of Baritone guitars.
